Welcome to the Play Therapy Community Podcast Resources section, a curated list of the tools and websites I strongly recommend.
I use (and absolutely love!) every recommendation on this page. Many of the resources listed here are highly influential with my successes at my private practice, in my podcast, online coaching work, and more.
Before digging into the awesome resources, I know and trust, an important disclosure:

Labyrinths – A Therapeutic Tool Used for Insight, Grounding & Focus
I LOVE using my labyrinths in session! My favorite is the double labyrinth, but all of the ones on this page are beneficial. It’s such a simple way to calm and synchronize the brain before and at the end of a session. Sometimes I even use it in my Sandtray to give it an extra grounding effect with clients. I ask the clients to focus on taking deep, calming belly breaths while moving their fingers through the maze. Afterward, many feel much calmer, centered, and ready to focus.
Theranest – Note Taking & Billing Program
I seriously don’t know how I managed to keep notes and billing before I started using Theranest. This program is a huge time saver for me! I love it’s simplicity, organization, and efficiency. Note taking is now a quick, easy process for me. And, I don’t procrastinate on notes like I used too. Now, when I need to provide client session dates, billing details, payout amounts for my independent contracts, and such, I can just log in and produce this information within seconds. Also, it reminds clients of upcoming appointments, which has reduced my “I forgot about our session…” situations. I could go on and on about how much I recommend Theranest for private practioners that want to simplify their records keeping process.
